Precision sheet metal manufacturing
About
EnclosureMfg is a specialized source manufacturer delivering precision sheet metal fabrication and custom enclosure solutions for global industrial and OEM markets. From early design review to finished, production-ready assemblies, we bring engineering, fabrication, finishing, and quality control together under one roof.
Our 50-person team includes five experienced mechanical and manufacturing engineers and six dedicated QA/QC specialists. With technical and quality personnel making up more than 20% of our workforce, we maintain a closed-loop quality process from 3D CAD analysis and incoming material verification through first-article inspection and production.

Integrated production helps reduce handoffs, protect schedule consistency, and maintain control over manufacturing quality.
One roof. More control.
An integrated production line built for complex enclosures
Our facility connects laser profiling, CNC press-brake forming, automated hardware insertion, precision welding, metal finishing, and powder coating in a coordinated manufacturing workflow. With 12kW and 6kW fiber laser cutting centers and a 2500 × 6000 mm in-house automated powder coating line, we process projects from compact electrical enclosures to large industrial machinery housings.
Keeping these operations in-house helps limit outsourcing delays, reduce supply-chain exposure, and support repeatable quality across each production stage. Our capabilities serve high-mix, low-to-medium volume orders as well as recurring supply programs.
Engineering-led
DFM review, bend-line correction, and structural detailing before production.
Connected processes
Fabrication and finishing coordinated within one production facility.
Quality throughout
Material checks, in-process inspections, first articles, and pre-shipment review.
Manufacturing capabilities
Equipment and processes for end-to-end fabrication
A broad equipment base supports accurate parts, formed assemblies, welded structures, and durable finished products.
01
Laser cutting and sizing
Three fiber laser machines with 12kW and 6kW sources cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Band saw, circular saw, and aluminum cutting equipment support accurate profile sizing.
02
CNC bending and forming
Five CNC press brakes across OG35, OG100, and OG200 capacities handle multi-stage bends, from compact chassis components to heavy enclosure structures.
03
Hardware insertion and machining
Automated clinching, servo tapping, and drilling equipment install captive hardware and produce threaded features. Drilling and plate-rolling capabilities support additional component requirements.
04
Welding and assembly
Laser, MIG, TIG, and cold-welding equipment serve cosmetic, stainless, and structural applications. Eighteen heavy assembly and clamping platforms support frames up to 6 meters.
05
Surface conditioning
Deburring, weld blending, and stainless steel brushing help achieve consistent surface appearance and prepare parts for protective finishing.
06
In-house powder coating
Our 2500 × 6000 mm automated line brings pretreatment, powder application, and thermal curing together for large enclosures and structural frames.
Who we support
Built around industrial and OEM production needs
We work with teams looking for a capable fabrication partner for assemblies that demand dependable engineering communication, coordinated production, and consistent quality.
Industrial equipment builders
Machine covers, operator consoles, and structural housings for CNC equipment, packaging lines, semiconductor automation, and battery production systems.
Energy and power infrastructure
Enclosure and sheet metal requirements for battery energy storage systems, solar inverters, EV charging stations, switchboards, and substations.
Telecom and field automation
Outdoor utility cabinets, traffic monitoring controllers, telecom enclosures, and weather-resistant field equipment housings.
Engineering and sourcing teams
Support for engineers addressing GD&T, bending allowances, assembly fit, and weld distortion—and for procurement teams seeking fewer supplier handoffs.
A practical production partner
From first review to repeatable production
Typical programs range from 10 to 500 units per batch, with support for recurring annual supply. Whether your project is a compact junction box or a large-format enclosure or equipment skid measuring 4–6 meters, our engineering and production teams can help evaluate the fabrication scope.
