OEM sheet-metal manufacturing
Junction Box Enclosures, Built for Repeat Production
Manufactured for industrial equipment, power infrastructure, and field automation. From compact standardized boxes to larger custom housings, we coordinate cutting, forming, hardware insertion, welding, and finishing in-house.
For compact, cost-conscious programs, standardized dimensions and repeatable flat-pattern nesting can help simplify procurement and control material use. Send your drawings for a manufacturability review and a quotation based on your actual requirements.

Key fabrication stages
Practical options for compact enclosure programs
Choose stainless steel, aluminum, or cold-rolled steel, with specified corner fasteners, retained screws, and cable-entry knockouts incorporated into the design.
Designed around the installation
Enclosures shaped to your requirements
We review part geometry and assembly details before production, including bend allowances, hardware locations, cable-entry layouts, and access clearances.
Mounting and equipment integration
Wall-mounted and equipment-integrated junction boxes, electrical and control cabinets, plus custom brackets and mounting plates.
Cable entry and access
Knockouts or cutouts can be positioned to your dimensioned layout for cable-gland, conduit, and installation needs.
Repeatable product families
Where the design allows, maintain common external dimensions, mounting patterns, cover details, and hardware positions across variants.
Revision-controlled supply
Repeat-production assemblies can be manufactured to defined drawing revisions and agreed inspection requirements.
Material choices
Select a material to match the application
Material selection depends on the operating environment, enclosure size, appearance, and target cost. Grades and thicknesses are confirmed against project specifications.
01
Stainless steel
Corrosion resistance and a durable appearance for applications where a stainless finish is specified.
02
Aluminum
A lower-weight option for equipment where mass or corrosion considerations influence design.
03
Cold-rolled steel
A practical choice for cost-conscious indoor enclosures, typically paired with a specified protective finish.
Compact, cost-conscious production
Standardize where it makes sense
Common dimensions, mounting patterns, cover details, and hardware positions can reduce variation across a junction box family. Standardized nesting and repeatable fabrication can also help control material use and setup requirements.
A clear, realistic process
Our sheet-metal route uses high-speed fiber laser cutting and CNC press-brake forming. It does not rely on dedicated stamping dies, and we do not represent it as a high-speed mold-stamping line. For programs requiring progressive-die tooling, share annual demand and part details so we can assess fit before quoting.
Delivery timing is confirmed against drawing readiness, material availability, order quantity, finish, and inspection scope—not assumed before reviewing the RFQ.
Manufacturing capabilities
From flat pattern to finished enclosure
Our 50-person operation includes five mechanical and manufacturing engineers and six QA/QC specialists. Keeping key processes in one facility helps coordinate geometry, assembly, and finish.
Fiber laser cutting
Three machines with 12 kW and 6 kW sources for profiling sheet materials.
CNC press-brake forming
Five machines across multiple tonnage ranges for compact parts and heavier enclosure structures.
Hardware and tapping
Automated clinching, servo tapping, and drilling-tapping equipment for PEM nuts, studs, standoffs, and threaded features.
Welding and finishing
Laser, MIG, TIG, and cold welding selected to suit material and joint, plus deburring, weld blending, and brushed or satin stainless finishes.
Powder coating
In-house pretreatment, coating, and curing on a 2500 × 6000 mm line.
Final production routing depends on the construction and finish specified in the approved drawings.
Design details that matter
Knockouts, fasteners, and assembly fit
Cable entries and mounting features affect both fabrication and installation. Provide knockout size, position, edge distance, and the required cable-gland or conduit interface. We review laser-cut openings and flag details that may affect forming, assembly, or finish.
For four-corner fastening, specify screw type, retention method, thread or insert requirements, and cover fit. Captive or retained screw arrangements can be included when specified; hardware selection is confirmed during engineering review.

Project fit
A practical match for OEM production
Our setup suits high-mix, low-to-medium-volume OEM orders, typically 10 to 500 units per batch, as well as repeat annual supply programs. It is a good fit for enclosures needing sheet-metal cutting and bending, inserted hardware, welded details, or in-house powder coating.
For highly standardized, high-volume enclosures requiring progressive-die production, include expected annual demand and tooling expectations so we can review cost and delivery fit before proceeding.
Common project questions
Can compact boxes be standardized across variants?+
Yes. Where your design permits, common dimensions, mounting patterns, covers, and hardware positions can be maintained across a product family.
Do you use dedicated stamping dies for this process?+
The listed manufacturing route uses fiber laser cutting and CNC press-brake forming, not dedicated stamping dies. Share tooling expectations and forecast volume if your program requires progressive-die production.
Can delivery be confirmed before reviewing the drawings?+
A schedule is confirmed against the actual RFQ, including drawing readiness, material availability, quantity, finish, and inspection scope.
