Designed for practical integration
Flat, load-ready mounting backplanes, configurable side-panel airflow and protected bottom cable entry support efficient PLC and low-voltage assembly.
Engineered for industrial integration
A cabinet that’s ready for your electrical team
Our fabrication approach is tuned to the needs of PLC systems and low-voltage switchgear, making it easier for engineers to route wiring, mount components and complete secondary integration.
Flat, load-ready mounting backplanes
High-power fiber laser cutting and CNC leveling help maintain backplate flatness under heavy component loads. Automated clinching creates captive studs with strong pull-out resistance for secure DIN rail and PLC rack mounting.
Removable side panels and configurable cooling
Removable side panels and integrated ventilation channels provide access for assembly and maintenance, with airflow configurations tailored to your equipment’s heat load.
Protected bottom cable entry
Precision-cut bottom entry points accommodate waterproof cable glands and armored cable connectors. A bell-mouth style entry design supports practical cable routing and helps protect against dust and moisture ingress in demanding factory environments.
End-to-end manufacturing
Critical fabrication processes, kept in-house
Integrated capabilities reduce the supply-chain risks of outsourced finishing and secondary fabrication, while supporting consistent production across cabinet panels and large enclosures.
Cutting
High-power fiber laser profiling
12kW and 6kW fiber laser centers produce burr-free edges and tight tolerances in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Forming
Consistent multi-stage bending
Five CNC press brakes handle complex geometries and support consistent bend angles across modular cabinet panels.
Assembly & welding
Capacity for large-format structures
18 dedicated assembly stations provide flat-reference surfaces for welding machinery frames and cabinets up to 6 meters in length.
Finishing
In-house automated powder coating
Our 2500×6000 mm automated powder coating line delivers consistent, durable and corrosion-resistant finishes for large industrial enclosures.
Quality-driven production
Quality checks from material receipt to dispatch
Technical and quality personnel account for over 20% of our workforce. A closed-loop quality process gives each enclosure defined engineering and inspection checkpoints.
-
1
DFM analysis
Engineering reviews 3D models for bend-line corrections, thermal distortion mitigation and cost-effective material utilization.
-
2
Incoming material control
Each sheet is checked for thickness and alloy specifications before production begins.
-
3
In-process inspection
Batches receive first-article inspection (FAI) and stage-gate checks through welding and assembly.
-
4
Final QA
100% pre-shipment inspection focuses on dimensional accuracy, hardware alignment and coating adhesion.
Typical project profiles
Flexible production for specialized equipment
We specialize in high-mix, low-to-medium-volume production, typically 10 to 500 units per batch. Whether you are building lithium-ion battery production lines, BESS infrastructure or automated packaging equipment, our manufacturing capacity can support your annual supply requirements.

Send your enclosure requirements to our engineering team
Share 3D CAD files in STEP or IGES format and 2D technical drawings to get started. RFQs that specify NEMA/IP ratings, hardware types and finish requirements help us review your project efficiently.
Engineering support is available for DFM consultation on upcoming control cabinet enclosure projects.
