In-house coating line

Custom-fabricated metal kiosk housing with finished exterior panels

A coordinated enclosure, inside and out

Plan the exterior finish, close-fitting joints, and device mounting features as one manufacturable assembly.

Made for visible, serviceable equipment

Built around the product experience

Kiosk housings are protective structures and part of the user experience. Large panels need a consistent finish, joints should look intentional, and internal devices need secure, serviceable mounting points.

Self-service banking

ATM surrounds, transaction terminals, cash-handling equipment housings, and service-access panels.

Interactive retail

Mall advertising displays, information kiosks, ticketing units, and customer-engagement terminals.

Unattended vending

Payment interfaces, product-selection terminals, access panels, and integrated machine covers.

From CAD review to finished panels

Integrated fabrication for complex kiosk assemblies

Our engineers review 3D CAD and drawings for bend allowances, assembly access, hardware locations, and potential interference before production. DFM feedback and sheet metal unfolding support are available where needed.

01

Cut and form

Three fiber laser machines, including 12 kW and 6 kW systems, plus five CNC press brakes across multiple tonnage levels.

02

Add hardware and features

Automatic insertion for captive nuts, studs, and standoffs, with servo and conventional drilling and tapping systems.

03

Weld and prepare

Laser, MIG, and TIG welding; large assembly platforms; deburring, weld blending, and stainless steel brushing as specified.

04

Finish in-house

An in-house 2500 × 6000 mm powder coating and curing line accommodates many large panels and structural assemblies.

Keeping these steps under one roof helps reduce handoffs between fabricators, coaters, and assembly suppliers, while giving production and QC teams a clearer view of schedule and process consistency.

Exterior finish

Two-tone coating for high-visibility panels

Large color-blocked surfaces demand careful control of panel size, edge geometry, masking boundaries, handling, and curing. Define the coating plan alongside the panel design, including color references, boundary locations, gloss or texture, and keep-out areas.

For the most consistent outcome, evaluate a representative sample or first article before releasing a full batch. This aligns both teams on color, finish, masking boundaries, and acceptable cosmetic criteria.

Design for a refined fit

Micro-gap assembly takes whole-process planning

Cut accuracy is only one factor. Bend allowance, springback, weld sequence, fixture design, coating build, and final assembly all affect adjoining panel gaps. Low-heat-input laser welding is available for suitable joints where limiting visible distortion matters.

  • 01Share intended gap dimensions, datums, and critical viewing areas.
  • 02Identify restrictions on post-coating adjustment and access requirements.
  • 03Document final acceptance criteria in the drawing package or approved inspection plan.

Internal integration

Precision brackets for scanners, printers, and electronics

Custom sheet metal supports hold devices in position while allowing for assembly, access, and servicing. Brackets can be developed from customer-supplied 3D models, drawings, or a defined installation envelope.

Formed features, slots, holes, captive hardware, and tapped locations can be incorporated to suit the assembly. Design review checks mounting access and possible interference with nearby panels or devices.

Components we can design around

  • Barcode and document scanners
  • Receipt, ticket, or label printers
  • Touch displays and payment modules
  • Control boards and power supplies
  • Cable guides and mounting hardware
  • Service doors, access panels, and removable trays

To support a complete design, provide component models where available, connector locations, cable clearances, fastener preferences, and service-removal requirements.

Program fit

Match the process to the enclosure requirements

The right manufacturing route depends on the visible surface, structure, installation environment, and batch plan.

Project requirement
Large, clean exterior panels
Laser-cut blanks, controlled forming, deburring, and a defined coating specification.
Two-tone visual design
Agreed color boundaries, masking approach, sample approval, and documented cosmetic criteria.
Close panel joints
Bend and assembly review, fixture planning, coating allowance, and inspection of critical interfaces.
Scanner or printer mounts
Custom formed brackets, accurate hole locations, hardware selection, and service access review.
Recurring OEM supply
Approved drawings and samples, repeatable inspection points, and controlled production release.
Oversized kiosk structures
Review against the 2500 × 6000 mm coating line and available assembly platforms.

Typical work suits high-mix, low-to-medium volume production, including batches of approximately 10 to 500 units, as well as recurring supply programs. Final quantities and timing depend on design maturity, finish requirements, and assembly scope.

Quality assurance

Checks across the production route

Our 6-person QA/QC team supports a closed-loop process from incoming material verification through manufacturing and shipment.

Production characteristics

Inspection can focus on formed dimensions, hardware placement, weld appearance, panel fit, coating condition, and overall assembly.

First articles and repeat orders

First-article inspection checks parts against approved drawings and finish expectations. Agreed inspection points help maintain repeat-batch consistency.

Include any measurement reports, cosmetic standards, labeling, or packaging requirements with your RFQ.
