Industrial control cabinet fabrication

Single Door Enclosures Built for Long-Term Stability

Repeatable fit-up, reliable sealing, and smooth operation for machine builders, energy storage integrators, and field automation suppliers. Each enclosure is built around a flat, reinforced door that stays aligned—even with a heavy touchscreen mounted to it.

Door engineering

Made to stay flat, swing freely, and fit either way.

The details that matter most on a general-purpose industrial control cabinet are designed into the door—not left to adjustment on the production line.

01

Controlled door flatness

Each door is laser-cut from a single sheet and formed with staged press-brake sequences to maintain outer-surface flatness within 0.8 mm across widths up to 1200 mm. A smooth exterior supports consistent gasketing and clean labeling.

02

Concealed reinforcement for heavy HMIs

Reinforcing ribs are welded only to the inside face, keeping the exterior uninterrupted while strengthening the panel. The construction supports a 25 kg center-mounted touchscreen with no measurable droop after 5,000 open-close cycles.

03

Reversible, lift-off hinges

Heavy-duty lift-off hinges provide full 180-degree travel while maintaining seal compression. A symmetrical hinge pattern lets the same door blank mount left- or right-hand by rotating it 180 degrees—without extra holes or brackets.

In-house process

From cut parts to coated assembly, under one roof.

An integrated production flow reduces handling and keeps forming, welding, finishing, and inspection aligned to your approved design.

  1. 1

    Cut and form

12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers cut doors, side panels, and backplanes in one setup. Five-axis CNC press brakes form bodies and door return flanges.

  2. 2

    Install hardware and weld

Automated clinch machines install PEM hardware. Twenty-four welding stations, including handheld laser welders, produce low-distortion seams on visible surfaces.

  3. 3

    Finish and inspect

A 2500 × 6000 mm powder-coating line finishes the complete assembly the same day, avoiding third-party transport.

Documented quality

Inspection records available with every shipment

Six dedicated QA personnel cover incoming material checks, first-article dimensional reports, and 100% pre-shipment inspection.

  • ✓Hinge torque verification
  • ✓Door seal-gap checks
  • ✓Door flatness measurement
  • ✓Recorded inspection data supplied with the order

Project scope

Flexible production for repeatable cabinet programs.

Typical orders cover 20–300 units of one configuration, with annual blanket releases common.

Wall mount

600 × 800 × 300 mm

For compact control and automation applications.

Floor standing

2000 × 2200 × 800 mm

For larger industrial control installations.

Configured to your drawing

Gland plates, removable side panels, and internal 19-inch rack rails can be integrated when specified in the customer drawing.

Is this the right fit?

Match the enclosure construction to your use case.

A strong fit when you need

  • • Support for a door-mounted HMI heavier than 15 kg
  • • Field-reversible door swing
  • • Consistent sealing through repeated opening

Consider another configuration if

  • • Each release is below ten units
  • • Internal access is frequently needed from multiple sides
  • • A multi-door or modular frame design better suits the application
