Submersible enclosures · Precision fabrication
IP68 Enclosures Built for Deep-Water Performance
Protect sensitive electronics in long-duration underwater and high-pressure applications. Enclosuremfg fabricates heavy-duty enclosures for specialized diving equipment, underwater pipeline measurement boxes, subsea sensors, and industrial systems exposed to continuous submersion.
From thick-wall structural design to precision O-ring sealing geometry, we turn your engineering requirements into dependable, production-ready hardware.

Engineering for pressure
Keep the enclosure rigid—and the seal intact.
Hydrostatic pressure can bow enclosure walls and reduce gasket compression. We use 3D CAD analysis to assess structural loads and design for the real conditions your equipment will face.
Thick-wall anti-deflection design
Calculate plate thickness and reinforcement rib placement to limit wall bowing in deep-water applications, including specialized diving equipment and underwater pipeline measurement boxes.
Precision O-ring sealing geometry
Laser profiling and precision machining create flat mating surfaces and accurately formed O-ring grooves and gasket channels. Laser-composite milling of the sealing groove supports tight-tolerance assembly.
Sealing, heat, and hardware considered together
Balance hermetic sealing with internal component heat dissipation, while planning mounting points that preserve the integrity of the enclosure shell.
Controlled manufacturing
Precision processes for dependable sealing
A closed-loop manufacturing line helps maintain the tolerances and consistent workmanship required for demanding IP68 assemblies.
01 / PROFILE
Fiber laser cutting
12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers produce clean, burr-free edges to help prevent micro-leaks at sealing interfaces.
02 / FORM
CNC bending
Five multi-axis press brakes deliver consistent bend angles in thick-gauge materials for square joints and sound weld preparation.
03 / JOIN
Laser and TIG welding
Low-heat-input laser welding and high-penetration TIG welding help reduce porosity and structural weak points.
04 / FINISH
Surface conditioning
Industrial belt grinding prepares surfaces for effective gasket adherence and O-ring compression.
Corrosion resistance
Protect the finish—and the sealing interface.
Corrosion near a seal can compromise enclosure performance in saltwater or chemically active environments. Our in-house 2500 × 6000 mm automated powder coating line brings pretreatment, coating, and thermal curing under one roof.
Process control helps cover internal corners, threaded inserts, and weld seams. Coating specifications can be tailored for high-salinity and corrosive industrial atmospheres.
Tested against application needs
Validation before shipment
Our QA/QC team verifies critical details and can provide rigorous deep-water simulation pressure testing against your project’s specified depth or pressure requirements.
- ✓Dimensional verification: 100% inspection of critical mating surfaces using calibrated measuring tools.
- ✓Weld integrity: Visual and penetrant testing to identify microscopic defects.
- ✓Hydrostatic simulation: Pressure testing to verify seal integrity at specified project conditions.
- ✓Hardware verification: Automated clinching of PEM nuts and standoffs to protect the outer shell.
Pressure-test results provide project-specific validation. IP68 performance requirements and test conditions should be confirmed for each application.
Manufacturing at scale
Large-format capability, coordinated in-house
From compact sensor housings to machinery skids up to 6 meters long, our 50-person team supports high-mix, low-to-medium volume production. Five mechanical engineers and six full-time QA/QC specialists contribute to consistent fabrication and inspection.
Fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly under one roof help reduce the lead-time delays and supply-chain risks of fragmented manufacturing.
