Precision sheet metal fabrication
Instrument Enclosure Fabrication & Custom Housing Solutions
Enclosuremfg builds high-precision enclosures for analytical, medical, and field-testing equipment. More than a protective shell, each housing is engineered to support device function, reliable assembly, and a polished user experience.
From lightweight CNC-formed aluminum panels and integrated carrying-handle hardware to anti-vibration rubber-foot bases and precisely punched internal PCB slots, our team delivers refined structures for demanding instrumentation.

Designed around the instrument
Engineered protection for sensitive equipment
Instrument housings must balance rigidity, thermal management, signal integrity, and ease of use. Our mechanical specialists account for these requirements from the early design review through production.
Thermal management
Precisely formed vent patterns and heat-sink mounting points help support internal component longevity.
EMI/RFI shielding
High-conductivity materials and optimized structural welding help maintain signal integrity for sensitive electronics.
Ergonomic integration
Precision-machined interface cutouts, recessed handles, integrated handle hardware, and modular access panels support practical operation.
Vibration mitigation
Reinforced bases accommodate anti-vibration rubber feet, while accurately punched internal PCB slots support stable assembly in field-testing environments.
Integrated manufacturing
High-precision enclosure capabilities, controlled in-house
Enclosuremfg operates a closed-loop facility, controlling each manufacturing stage without relying on external subcontractors for consistent production quality.
CNC aluminum and steel processing
12kW and 6kW high-power fiber laser cutting centers produce burr-free edges on aluminum and stainless steel sheets. Five-axis CNC press-brake capacity supports accurate multi-stage bends for complex, multi-faceted chassis and close-fitting panels.
Hardware and component installation
Seven dedicated auto-clinching and servo-tapping units install captive PEM nuts, threaded standoffs, and mounting hardware. The controlled process supports accurate alignment of PCB boards and display modules during final assembly.
Large-format and structural fabrication
2000×6000 mm heavy-duty assembly platforms support large diagnostic equipment housings and industrial control consoles. Across 24 welding stations, TIG welding is used for aesthetic stainless steel joints, while low-heat laser welding helps reduce distortion on thin-gauge panels.
In-house 2500×6000 mm coating line
Automated powder coating accommodates parts up to 2500×6000 mm. Chemical pre-treatment promotes adhesion; industrial-grade finishes provide scratch and corrosion resistance; and matte, textured, or conductive options can be tailored to branding and environmental requirements.
Design for manufacturability
Resolve design risks before production begins
Our engineering department reviews project files and 3D models for bend-line interference, fastener insertion tolerances, and excessive weld heat input. Early DFM feedback helps reduce waste and material use while supporting a faster path to market.
