Coating capacity
Protection planned from the inside out
Anti-static foam, reinforced plywood corners, moisture control, and container dunnage airbags work together to protect fabricated enclosures on long-distance ocean journeys.
Integrated production
Complex assemblies, managed under one roof
High-mix, low-to-medium volume production is supported by an integrated shop floor. Keeping fabrication and finishing in-house helps maintain control over dimensional accuracy and finish quality.
Fiber laser cutting
12 kW and 6 kW cutting centers process sheet metal for compact electrical housings through larger equipment assemblies.
Multi-axis CNC bending
Press brake capacity supports accurate formed components and frames up to 6 meters.
Industrial powder coating
The in-house 2500 × 6000 mm line coats large-format equipment skids and oversized electrical enclosures without third-party finishing delays.
Engineering and QA
Engineering support and dedicated quality specialists are integrated into the production cycle.
Engineering-led fabrication
Resolve manufacturing details before production
Five staff mechanical engineers provide proactive design-for-manufacturing support before a sheet is cut.
Sheet metal unfolding and bending
Bend allowances are calculated to help prevent assembly interference.
Structural detail
Weld joints are optimized to help minimize thermal distortion.
Hardware integration
PEM nuts, studs, and standoffs are installed for reliable electrical and mechanical mounting.
Enclosure packaging for global transit
A multi-layer export process for long-distance ocean freight
Fabrication quality matters only if products arrive in good condition. Our custom heavy-duty wooden crate process combines impact protection, static protection, moisture control, and load restraint for international sea shipments.
Full anti-static foam wrapping
Electronic enclosures and sensitive components are fully wrapped in industrial-grade anti-static foam to help prevent static-related risk and surface marring.
Custom heat-treated wooden crates
Custom-fit, heat-treated plywood crates use reinforced plywood corner bracing to absorb impact during container loading and unloading.
Dry, moisture-conscious packing
Industrial-grade desiccant packs are included in each crate to help maintain a stable environment and prevent corrosion during long-haul maritime transport.
Airbag-secured cargo
High-pressure dunnage airbags secure crates inside the shipping container to help prevent shifting during transit.
Our transit guarantee
Transport damage? We provide free replacement parts unconditionally.
If structural damage occurs during transit, affected parts are replaced free of charge.
Quality control loop
Verification at every production stage
Six dedicated QA/QC specialists oversee a closed-loop quality process from incoming material through final pre-shipment checks.
-
01
Material verification
Incoming sheet metal is checked for grade and thickness.
-
02
First-article inspection
The first unit is checked against 3D models before production begins.
-
03
In-process checks
Stage-by-stage checks cover weld penetration, hardware torque, and coating thickness.
-
04
Final pre-shipment audit
Dimensions, finish, and packaging security are reviewed before dispatch.
