Custom industrial sheet metal fabrication

Precision IP65 Enclosures, Built for Demanding Environments

Enclosuremfg brings engineering, fabrication, finishing, and assembly together under one roof. Our 50-person facility supports high-mix, low-to-medium volume production for industrial, energy, and telecommunications applications.

For high-standard outdoor automation control cabinets, a fully dust-tight enclosure, protection against continuous water-jet exposure, a seamless continuous-foam gasket, and concealed hinges with no exposed mounting holes are core design priorities.

Protection by design

Build IP65 integrity into the enclosure structure

An IP65 enclosure is designed for total protection against dust ingress and resistance to water jets. Sealing performance depends on the complete assembly: frame geometry, seams, gasket compression, and hardware details.

We prioritize a continuous, seamless foamed gasket and concealed, no-through-hole hinge mounting to help maintain the sealed enclosure boundary—an established configuration for high-standard outdoor automation cabinets.

01 / Sealed joints

Continuous seam welding

TIG and MIG welding support full-penetration structural joints, helping eliminate gaps where contaminants could enter.

02 / Gasket interface

Continuous high-compression sealing

Frames are designed to support a continuous gasket and uniform fitment around the enclosure opening.

03 / Reduced penetrations

Concealed hinge hardware

Hidden-mount hinges and specialized internal locking mechanisms minimize through-holes without compromising structural rigidity.

04 / Engineering review

DFM before cutting

Five dedicated engineers use 3D CAD analysis and structural detailing to address seam distortion, assembly interference, and bending allowances early.

Integrated manufacturing

Capabilities that carry your project from flat sheet to finished enclosure

Coordinated in-house processes help maintain dimensional consistency and reduce handoffs across the fabrication lifecycle.

01 — Profile

Fiber laser cutting

Three high-power fiber laser centers, including 12 kW and 6 kW machines, process carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with burr-free edges for precise gasket interfaces and cable entry plates.

02 — Form

Multi-axis CNC bending

Five CNC press brakes produce complex, multi-stage bends with repeatable geometry across production batches.

03 — Fabricate

Large-format welding

Heavy-duty platforms and 18 cast iron and steel assembly tables support structural welding for components up to 6 meters long.

04 — Finish

In-house powder coating

An automated line handles parts up to 2500 × 6000 mm. Internal control of pretreatment, spraying, and thermal curing supports consistent coating thickness and corrosion resistance.

05 — Integrate

Hardware and mechanical assembly

Seven automated clinching and servo-tapping machines install PEM nuts, threaded studs, and standoffs, helping deliver enclosures ready for component mounting.

06 — Verify

Closed-loop quality control

Six full-time QA/QC specialists oversee incoming material testing, first-article inspection, dimensional checks against 3D models and drawings, and final shipment.

Capacity for complex builds

From junction boxes to 6-meter equipment structures

Large-format processing supports machinery frames and industrial cabinets alongside compact electrical junction boxes. The same facility can also produce BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) enclosures and equipment skids.

High-mix, low-to-medium volume production helps procurement and R&D teams move projects forward, with typical production runs ranging from 10 to 500 units.

A controlled path to delivery

  1. 1

    Review drawings and requirements

Engineering reviews 3D models, specifications, and design-for-manufacturing considerations.

  2. 2

    Fabricate and integrate

Laser profiling, forming, welding, hardware installation, and finishing are coordinated in-house.

  3. 3

    Inspect and prepare for shipment

Quality checks verify production against the supplied drawings and technical requirements.
