Custom welding fabrication for industrial equipment enclosures
From watertight enclosure seams to heavy-duty structural frames, process selection is matched to the joint, material, and finish.

Process-matched fabrication

The right weld for the right requirement.

Waterproof housings demand continuous, leak-resistant seams. Exposed welds also need a controlled, clean appearance. Our 24-station department includes 2kW handheld laser welding, MIG gas-shielded welding, TIG argon arc welding, and cold welding to address both performance and finish.

Discuss your weld requirements

01 / Thin sheet & clean seams

2kW handheld laser welding

For thin-gauge stainless and carbon steel, laser welding produces a very small heat-affected zone. Minimal thermal input helps prevent seam distortion and preserves dimensional accuracy, with less need for post-weld grinding.

02 / Heavy-duty strength

MIG welding for robust frames

MIG welding supports high-penetration, full-fusion welds for load-bearing frames and machinery structures, creating strong, dependable assemblies for demanding service.

03 / Visible surfaces

TIG precision and appearance

TIG stations provide controlled, precise beads for visible enclosure surfaces where a consistent weld profile and refined finish matter.

04 / Distortion-sensitive parts

Cold welding for dimensional control

For specialized components where heat-related movement must be avoided, cold welding helps protect tight dimensional tolerances.

Built for watertight enclosure requirements

We select the welding method for your material and joint geometry, then control the assembly to help keep enclosures square, dimensionally accurate, and free of cosmetic defects. Continuous seam requirements and NEMA or IP targets can be reviewed during engineering assessment.

One coordinated production path

End-to-end fabrication capabilities

Our facility supports high-mix, low-to-medium volume production of 10–500 units. Keeping fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly in-house helps reduce handoffs, lead-time delays, and quality variation.

Integrated finishing

The automated 2500 × 6000 mm powder coating line handles large-format machinery housings and structural skids in-house, helping avoid transit damage and outsourced finishing bottlenecks.

Engineering before production

DFM support to prevent avoidable rework.

A dedicated team of five engineering professionals reviews your 3D CAD files before cutting begins. Their DFM analysis checks assembly interferences, bend allowances, and weld-point stress concentrations so designs are better prepared for efficient production.

This early technical review supports accurate assembly and helps your enclosure meet its specified NEMA or IP rating at final assembly.

Quality control with documented checks

Six full-time QA/QC specialists manage a closed-loop quality process from incoming material through pre-shipment inspection.

  • Material verificationIncoming checks and material traceability reports.
  • First-article inspectionDimensional records aligned with your GD&T specifications.
  • Pre-shipment checks100% inspection, including surface finish consistency.
  • Finish verificationChecks for finishes such as #4 brushed stainless and specified powder-coat thickness.

Plan your next build

Bring welding, coating, and assembly together.

Submit your STEP, IGES, or DXF files with technical drawings. Our engineering team reviews RFQs within 24–48 hours to assess fabrication feasibility and provide a clear, detailed cost breakdown.
