Designed for the space at the pole base
The area inside or beside a street light pole can be narrow and difficult to access. We can fabricate a tall, narrow enclosure around your footprint, cable-entry locations, mounting method, and internal clearances.
Our five mechanical and manufacturing engineers can review sheet metal construction, bend allowances, access clearances, and assembly details. If the design is still in development, share a 3D model, sketch, or dimensional brief so potential fit and manufacturability considerations can be discussed before production.
Corrosion-aware grounding and moisture protection
Street-level enclosures may encounter rainwater, splash, damp ground, and prolonged outdoor exposure. Grounding performance depends on the complete assembly—not just the terminal—including contact surfaces, coatings, fasteners, and installation method. Define and verify the grounding point against your electrical and project requirements.
We can manufacture enclosure features that support your specified sealing approach. Powder coating is performed in-house on our 2500 × 6000 mm line. Coating and enclosure construction should be selected for the project’s exposure conditions; coating alone does not prevent moisture ingress through openings or joints.
For project-specific requirements
Include any required ingress-protection rating, test standard, gasket specification, corrosion test, coating standard, or municipal requirement with your RFQ. Any rating or compliance claim must be confirmed through the agreed design and validation process.

Sheet metal production under one roof
Keeping major processes in-house helps reduce supplier handoffs and gives us direct oversight of enclosure fabrication stages.
Fiber laser cutting
12 kW and 6 kW systems for profiling sheet metal parts.
CNC press-brake forming
Five machines supporting varied part sizes and bend sequences.
Hardware insertion and tapping
Automated clinching, servo tapping, and drilling-tapping.
Welding
Laser, MIG, TIG, and cold-welding equipment for different material and assembly needs.
Surface preparation and finishing
Deburring, stainless-steel brushed finishing, and in-house powder coating with pretreatment and curing for parts up to 2500 × 6000 mm.
Assembly and quality
Heavy-duty tables for positioning and structural work, supported by a 50-person workforce, five engineering specialists, and six QA/QC personnel.
Quality activities extend from drawing and material review through production checks and pre-shipment inspection. Inspection requirements and records can be discussed during quotation.
