Precision Surface Mount Enclosure Manufacturing
Deploy enclosures quickly on existing machinery and factory walls—without breaking into the wall or damaging the equipment body. Our engineered rear mounting design supports efficient retrofit wiring while protecting the sealed interior.
Enclosuremfg brings laser profiling, CNC bending, hardware insertion, and in-house powder coating together under one roof for durable, high-tolerance OEM enclosures.

Designed for retrofit installation
Mount securely without compromising the enclosure
Surface mount enclosures are made for rapid deployment on existing machinery and factory walls. There is no need to break into the wall or equipment body to accommodate the enclosure. Precision-engineered rear mounting patterns make installation straightforward for retrofit wiring and field upgrades.
Precision threaded blind-hole mounting
The rear of the enclosure uses precision threaded mounting blind holes, internal threaded standoffs, and PEM-nut integration. Mounting hardware stays outside the interior cavity: no self-tapping screw tips pierce the enclosure, damage internal components, or compromise sealing integrity.
By avoiding unintended penetrations, the design helps preserve the enclosure’s IP rating and reduces routes for moisture and dust ingress—important for protecting electronics during facility retrofits and equipment upgrades.
Integrated production
Fabrication, finishing, and hardware under one roof
Keeping processes in-house reduces outsourcing risks such as transit damage and batch-to-batch variation, while helping maintain control over fit, finish, and delivery.
01 / PROFILE
Fiber laser cutting
12kW and 6kW fiber laser centers produce burr-free edges for a clean appearance and accurate structural fit.
02 / FORM
Multi-axis CNC bending
Five press brakes handle complex, multi-stage bends with tight tolerances for consistent door-to-frame seals.
03 / ASSEMBLE
Automated hardware insertion
Automated clinching stations install captive fasteners to support quick installation without stripped threads or finish damage.
Controlled in-house finishing
A 6-meter powder coating line for demanding environments
Our automated 2500 × 6000 mm powder coating line handles pretreatment and thermal curing in-house. This gives us control over coating thickness and adhesion quality for corrosion resistance in indoor and outdoor applications.
Custom color matching and specialized textures are available to align enclosure finishes with your equipment branding.
Engineering input before production
Our five mechanical and manufacturing engineers review CAD files for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) opportunities, including:
-
Bend allowance optimization
Reduce the risk of material thinning or cracking at enclosure corners.
-
Structural rigidity
Add internal gussets or stiffeners where needed to help prevent bowing on uneven mounting surfaces.
-
Welding minimization
Use laser welding to reduce heat-affected zones, heavy grinding, and surface distortion around mounting areas.
Quality and production capacity
Built for repeatable production and installation-ready delivery
Quality checks are applied throughout production rather than left solely to final inspection. Capacity ranges from low-volume prototypes to high-mix production runs.
Quality checkpoints
- Material verification: Incoming steel sheets are checked for thickness and alloy consistency.
- First-article inspection: New product runs receive dimensional checks against customer 3D models.
- Closed-loop reporting: Stage-gate checks cover welding penetration and hardware torque-out resistance.
Capacity and materials
- Size range: Compact junction boxes through large-scale 6-meter machinery housings.
- Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Assembly: Complete enclosures with pre-installed gaskets, grounding studs, and custom-punched cable entry knockouts.
