Precision Push Button Enclosures for Industrial Control Systems
Enclosuremfg supports OEMs and machinery builders with custom enclosures for start/stop controls, emergency stops, and indicator-light arrays. From raw material to powder-coated delivery, our integrated production line takes your design through to finished hardware.
Specify standard 22.5 mm or 30.5 mm button openings, from a single hole to a compact multi-hole matrix. Precision laser cutting delivers clean, burr-free edges, while robust formed structures are built to handle mechanical impact and demanding shop-floor use.

Control housings engineered around your interface
Hole alignment, panel stiffness, and component fit all matter at the operator station. Our five mechanical specialists review enclosure designs for manufacturability before production, helping address deflection under switch actuation, bend allowances, and the fit needed to support application-specific IP requirements.
Clean, accurate hole patterns
12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers cut standard 22.5 mm and 30.5 mm interfaces with accurate hole-to-hole spacing. Burr-free openings help switches and indicators install flush and securely without manual filing or secondary deburring.
Compact layouts, built to specification
Choose a single emergency-stop opening or a compact multi-hole matrix for start/stop controls, indicator lights, and centralized operator panels. Each layout is made to your supplied drawings and component arrangement.
Sturdy construction for the shop floor
CNC-formed folded edges and carefully selected joining methods create a robust enclosure that resists mechanical impact, vibration, and repeated operation in industrial environments.
From fabrication to finish
A complete production route under one roof
Integrated processes keep critical dimensions and finishing under close control, from the first formed panel through final inspection.
01
CNC press-brake forming
A five-unit CNC bending lineup forms rigid, folded-edge designs for improved stiffness compared with simple welded-corner boxes.
02
Secure hardware installation and welding
Dedicated clinching machines install captive PEM nuts, standoffs, and grounding studs. For heavy-duty enclosures, 2 kW handheld laser welders help limit heat input and cosmetic distortion while maintaining faceplate flatness.
03
In-house powder coating
The 2500 × 6000 mm coating facility handles components up to 6 meters. Surface pretreatment and industrial-grade powder coating provide a durable, scratch-resistant finish to help protect against corrosion, chemicals, and factory-floor conditions. In-house finishing also supports consistent color and batch quality.
Quality built into the process
Inspection from incoming material to shipment
A six-person QA/QC department oversees production at every stage, with checks that help ensure dimensions, finish, and fit meet the agreed requirements.
-
1
Material verification
Incoming steel and aluminum sheets are checked against specifications.
-
2
First-article inspection
The initial unit in each production run is measured against 3D CAD data.
-
3
In-process and pre-shipment checks
Checks monitor bend angles, hole diameters, and weld penetration, followed by a final dimensional and cosmetic review before crating.
Flexible production for custom projects
High-mix, low-to-medium volume production typically ranges from 10 to 500 units per batch—well suited to machinery builders and system integrators who need project-specific enclosures rather than generic catalog parts.
Assembly platforms accommodate large-format housings and machinery frames up to 6 meters, from compact junction boxes to integrated operator consoles for large automation lines.
Ready to review your design?
Send STEP, DXF, or PDF files. Our engineering team reviews DFM opportunities and hole-pattern tolerances, then provides a lead-time estimate based on current capacity.
Discuss your projectCommon project questions
Which push button opening sizes can you produce?
We produce standard 22.5 mm and 30.5 mm openings, including single-hole housings and multi-hole matrix layouts. Share your drawing so the hole locations and spacing can be reviewed for production.
What files should I send for a quotation?
STEP, DXF, and PDF files are accepted. Engineering reviews the design for manufacturability and checks the specified hole pattern and tolerances before preparing a quote and lead-time estimate.
Can you handle custom batches and large enclosures?
Typical batch sizes are 10 to 500 units. Assembly platforms support housings and machinery frames up to 6 meters, including large operator-console projects.
