Modular electrical enclosures
Built for equipment expansion and cabinet paralleling
Plan for future drives, cooling units, or battery modules without replacing the enclosure. Nine-fold and sixteen-fold steel profiles provide a flexible structural backbone for evolving industrial equipment.

Both frame systems support clip-in rails and adjustable shelves, so components can be added or repositioned without drilling.
A versatile primary frame
Nine-fold profiles create a consistent structural frame with 25 mm hole spacing along each upright. Standard clip-in rails and adjustable shelves can be positioned at the height your layout requires.
The full-length column punching array uses 12.5 mm increments to match common DIN rail, PDU, and cable management hardware.
Deeper channels for demanding layouts
Sixteen-fold variants add deeper channel sections for heavier loads or wider door swings, while retaining the same flexible approach to internal mounting.
Reposition or add components on the standardized hole array without drilling new mounting points.
In-house manufacturing
A controlled production sequence for repeatable modular builds
From laser-cut blanks to assembled paralleling hardware, each stage is set up to keep mounting features aligned across production batches.
| Process step | Equipment used | Typical tolerance | Benefit for modular builds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profile cutting | 12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers | ±0.2 mm | Clean edges for consistent hole alignment |
| Frame forming | Multi-axis CNC press brakes | ±0.5° on bends | Accurate 90° and 135° angles for flush cabinet joins |
| Hardware insertion | Automatic clinching systems | Position ±0.3 mm | Repeatable mounting points across batches |
| Coating | In-house 2500 × 6000 mm powder line | 60–80 µm film thickness | Uniform finish on internal and external surfaces |
Laser cutting
Fiber lasers cut profile blanks and side panels.
CNC forming
Multi-bend sections create nine-fold and sixteen-fold geometries.
Captive fasteners
Automatic clinching installs hardware before frame welding.
Assembly checks
Stations fit removable panels and test quick-connect paralleling hardware.
Field access
Removable side panels
Captive quarter-turn fasteners release without tools, making it practical for one person to access the enclosure during field upgrades.
Expandable cabinet runs
Quick paralleling kit
Pre-drilled splice plates and alignment pins join two or more enclosures in under ten minutes while maintaining the IP rating.
Designed around your equipment
One mounting platform, multiple growth paths
CNC machine builders
Use the frames for operator consoles that can later accept additional axis drives.
Battery storage integrators
Specify the profile system for BESS cabinets that grow from 10 kWh to 50 kWh modules over successive quarters.
Telecom integrators
Choose outdoor-rated versions with the same mounting grid, enabling field teams to swap radios without changing cabinets.
