Verified protection for demanding environments

Custom IP66 Enclosures for Demanding Industrial Environments

Protect critical equipment from powerful water jets, forceful washdown and coastal conditions. Our sheet metal enclosures are built with controlled processes and sealing methods, with IP66 performance documented in reports from independent third-party laboratories.

Custom IP66 sheet metal enclosure for demanding industrial environments

Built and finished under one roof

From 12 kW laser profiling to a 2500 × 6000 mm powder-coating line, controlled in-house production helps protect the details that support enclosure integrity.

Independent test evidence

IP66 performance verified beyond the workshop

Third-party laboratories have issued IP66 test reports on our enclosures. The reports document resistance to 100 L/min water jets at 100 kPa from multiple angles, as well as simulated wave impact equivalent to coastal storm conditions.

For buyers at seaside photovoltaic plants and high-pressure washdown lines, independent documentation helps address equipment-damage concerns and clear internal risk reviews without additional site trials.

High-pressure washdown

Designed for equipment exposed to forceful water jets and recurring cleaning cycles.

Coastal exposure

Test reports include simulated wave impact, with coastal finish requirements available by specification.

Process control

How our manufacturing supports IP66 integrity

Seal performance depends on more than a gasket. Accurate profiles, stable formed panels, sound seams and careful finishing all contribute to repeatable builds.

01 / Profile and form

Clean edges. Consistent geometry.

Our 12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers produce clean edges that accept continuous gasket paths without secondary deburring. Multi-axis press brakes form consistent bend radii to help maintain door and panel flatness after powder curing.

02 / Hardware and welds

Assembled to protect the finish

Automated PEM insertion places threaded hardware before welding, so post-coating drilling does not break the finish. Twenty-four welding stations include 2 kW handheld laser welders for low-heat stainless-steel seams, plus MIG and TIG for structural joints on carbon-steel skids up to 6 m long. Cold welding is available for cosmetic surfaces; all seams receive continuous bead inspection before coating.

03 / Finish in-house

Large-format coating under one roof

Our 2500 × 6000 mm automated line applies pretreatment, powder and thermal cure in one pass. Keeping the work in-house eliminates transport between subcontractors and helps prevent handling damage to gasket mating surfaces. Finishes meeting 1000-hour salt-spray requirements are available when specified for coastal installations.

04 / Inspect and verify

Quality checks at every stage

Six dedicated QA personnel perform incoming material checks, first-article inspection and 100% final verification. Engineering reviews identify potential leak paths before any metal is cut.

Production capacity

Repeatable builds, from prototypes to production

All stations run inside our 50-person facility. In-house capacity supports batch sizes from 10 prototype units to recurring annual volumes of several hundred.

Designed around your site

Match enclosure details to the real environment

Material, gasket and door hardware choices are reviewed against the conditions your equipment will face. Compression latches and continuous hinge layouts help maintain seal pressure after repeated opening.

Available materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel, galvanized steel and carbon steel, with customer-specified gasket materials.

Battery energy storage cabinets +

For installations exposed to rain and recurring hose-down cycles, share the exposure conditions and target rating so we can review the enclosure design.

Coastal solar and photovoltaic sites +

Outdoor inverter housings can be specified for coastal conditions, with suitable material and finish options. Independent IP66 reports document water-jet resistance and simulated wave impact.

Food-processing washdown lines +

Operator consoles for daily high-pressure cleaning can be developed with gasket paths, door hardware and materials matched to the application.
