Evidence for outdoor equipment bids

Complete laboratory test reports document the protocol and results for use in bid packages covering outdoor utility cabinets, battery energy storage systems, and roadside control systems.

One facility, coordinated production

End-to-end sheet metal manufacturing

In-house processing limits supplier handoffs and helps maintain dimensional consistency across production batches of 10 to 500 units.

Large-format parts up to 6 meters long are processed on 12 kW and 6 kW fiber lasers and 6-meter press brakes without subcontracting.

01 · Cut

Fiber laser profiling

12 kW and 6 kW systems cut stainless and carbon steel, including profiles for gasket seating surfaces.

02 · Form

CNC press brakes

Five multi-axis brakes form multi-stage bends to support door alignment and sealing performance.

03 · Weld

Controlled seam work

Twenty-four welding stations, including 2 kW handheld laser welders, produce low-heat seams to help maintain sealing-face flatness.

04 · Finish

Automated powder coating

A 2500 × 6000 mm line applies uniform finishes after phosphate pretreatment, including around gaskets and fasteners.

Specification-led fabrication

Materials and processes matched to your application

Enclosure construction is selected around the project environment, material requirements, joining method, and gasket design.

Energy storage and telecom

2 mm or 3 mm 304 stainless steel with continuous TIG seams on door frames.

Industrial machinery

2 mm mild steel with MIG structural welds and zinc-rich primer beneath powder coat.

Details that support a reliable seal

  • Hardware integration

Automated PEM hardware placement supports consistent assembly.

  • Gasket channels

Optional silicone or EPDM gasket channels are machined to 0.2 mm depth tolerance.

  • Radiused forms

Three-roll benders form curved or cylindrical sections for operator consoles with radiused corners.

  • Engineering review

Five mechanical engineers review 3D models for bend relief, weld access, and gasket compression, returning marked-up files within two working days.

Quality from intake to shipment

Checks and traceability at every stage

Six QA specialists verify materials, dimensions, welds, coatings, and finished enclosure function. Records are retained for each serial-numbered unit.

  1. 01

    Incoming material

    Material verification before production.

  2. 02

    First article

Dimensional inspection against the part requirements.

  3. 03

    In-process checks

Weld and coating checks during fabrication.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment verification

100% functional testing and a final water spray test before crating.
